"MANNY" is pictured winning Second In Group under judge Doreen Powell of South Africa at Cobequid Dog Club, Nova Scotia in March 2006.

*THIRD TOP WINNING  SAMOYED IN CANADA FOR 2005*

Manny was the Top Winning Samoyed Puppy in Canada in 2003, Award of Merit and Sweepstakes BOS at the Samoyed Association of Canada National Specialty in 2004, won BEST IN SHOW, earned his C.D. in obedience and sired his first litter at Dushanbe Samoyeds in 2005. So far in 2006, he has seen four kids earn their championship (two American and another with a four point major) and another pointed out of a litter of six and had a wonderful weekend at Cobequid shows by winning a First and Second in Group and watching his daughter, Macy, win Best Puppy In Show.
Manny has three new pointed kids in 2009.   "Newman", from the repeat breeding to Tenny, went Best of Winners for two points on his six month birthday at Halifax Kennel Club shows Sept 7, 2009 and then placed third in the 6-9 puppy class at the SCA Nat'l in Indianapolis. Newman finished his championship with a three point Best of Winners at Moncton NB Nov 2010 with a total of three Best of Breed and five Best of Winners. Newman's litter sister went to her first dog show at Golden Valley Kennel Club in California Nov 20/09 and won Winners Bitch in an entry of five girls and...almost went BWs which would have been a major. Judge was the noted Charles Trotter. Miley was handled beautifully by the owner's teenaged son, Isaac Fornari.

Manny has not been sitting on his laurels but has been working hard towards his Rally Advance Excellent title which he completed at Dartmouth Kennel Club trials May 16, 2010. He is now more than half way through completing this title for the second time.

**Manny was the first Samoyed in Canada to earn rally novice, rally advanced, rally excellent and rally advanced excellent titles as well as the first to earn his Grand Championship. You could say we're just a bit proud of our accomplished boy !

He wishes to congratulate his number one son, "PAINTER", BISS Am Ch Vanderbilt's I'll Paint Manhattan, CGC AX AXJ XF, on winning his second Samoyed specialty Best of Breed ! He is a Group Winner with multiple placements and Award of Merit at the SCA National specialty a few years ago. Painter is working on completing his Am GCH as well as working in agility and training for obedience with owner Allison Baker of New Orleans.

We are hoping for new puppies from MANNY in a proposed late winter/early spring (2012) breeding to our Fonzie daughter, "LILAC", CFC and Can Ch Dushanbe's As Cool As It Gets, who was Best of Winners at the SAC National specialty in 2008.

He is very proud of daughter, ASIA's, three Best of Winners at Tantramar KC shows for six points plus Best in Sweeps at the SAC National Specialty on her first weekend out at six months of age. Her next trip out (South Shore KC)resulted in a Best of Breed, Fourth in Group and Best Puppy In Group for a four point win to finish her championship! Her brother, "MAC", on his fist ring appearance was Best Puppy In Specialty and Reserve Winners Dog at the 2008 SAC National Specialty and the following outing won Best of Breed and Best Puppy in Group.
Not to be outdone by his kids, Tennyson finished in style at Cape Breton Kennel Club shows Aug 23 & 24/08 with back-to-back Best of Breeds and two Group Fourths for 2 x 4 points ! And has won several group, placements since then.

He is thrilled to see six of his kids pointed in the past year out of three different litters in Canada and the USA. Many thanks to their breeders and owners.

**Tennyson is also proud to announce his son, Chip's, show debut with a Best of Breed over specials Sept 2010. Chip's dam is BIS BISS CAN.AM.CH. SNOWSTAR LADAKHA SUMMER SONGS in PEI. Chip won two CAC's towards his CFC championship with a Group First and Group Fourth, October 2010. He followed this up with a Group Third in the spring of 2011 to finish his title!  We are hoping that Chip's sister "SIZZLE", who is owned by their breeder, Margaret MacFadden (Snowstar Samoyeds in PEI) has a stunning a start to her show career. Sister, "BREEZE", picked up a nice four point major last fall. She is SNOWSTAR COOL SUMMER BREEZE (named after our own Breeze, her aunt).

Daughter, "Gypsy",*NEW RBIS UKC CH* DUSHANBE SAFYR DOWN THE ROAD, who is out of our Dory, has already wowed the judges when five months old with two Best Puppy In Shows and her 'Baby' championship at the International Shows in Pennsylvania. And, as an adult in Sept 2011, tried her hand at a weekend of United Kennel Club shows and swept to her championship with three Group First and a Reserve Best in Show!   Way to go Gypsy and Doreen Nelson (Safyr Samoyeds).

Tennyson returned home from California in Sept 2010 and picked up three group placements the following week at Miramichi Kennel Club shows in NB and then finished his FCI championship in October with another Group Placement!

He is proud of his litter out of AM/CAN/UKC BIS/RBIS INT'L CH SNOWSHOE RUN FOR THE ROSES and the two kids "HARLEY" and "RAIN" who were pointed at their first shows in the USA at six months. Our own littermate, "DANCER", picked up her first points and two Best Puppy in Group also at six months of age. She finished her title in September 2011 with a Best of Breed over specials, Group Fourth and Best Puppy in Group. Dancer's brother, HARLEY, picked up his first major in October and sister, RAIN, added a two point win in late October.

Also in September, 2011 "Tennyson" decided to try a couple of performance events. On the Friday night he earned his CGN title and then followed it up with three qualifying rally novice 'legs' over the weekend to complete his RN degree with a First in Class !

Congratulations to the first Tennyson grandkid (from a litter of one) SNOWSTAR'S HERE FOR A REASON (Caleb/Sizzle) on three Best Puppy in Group and four points at six months of age for his first show weekend. New puppies out of Tennyson's daughter, Sizzle, at Snowstar Samoyeds in PEI.
