Mac was named after New York city's nickname of being the 'Big Apple'. MacIntosh apples are my favourite. He is a busy boy who loves strutting his stuff wherever he happens to be. He dazzled everyone at his first match appearance and charmed the judge, Kim Delaney, out of a Second in Group ! No one would have believed that he had only worn a collar once before his debut in the ring at barely three months of age.
He has been to two more matches and added a Group Fourth and another Group Second so he is on a roll.
We chose the SAC National Specialty show for his first tilt in the big rings. He won Best Puppy in Specialty, Reserve Winners Dog and BOS in Puppy Sweepstakes (to his sister "Asia").
On Mac's next weekend out, he won Best of Breed and Best Puppy in Group !
We are hoping to have lots of fun in the show ring later this spring with this confident little guy with the 'look at me' attitude.
